Emily has significantly impacted the creative marketing world at Google by leading integrated marketing efforts that boosted brand lift, stock price, and reach. Her notable achievements include the annual Year in Search campaign, a Times Square takeover, and a Grammy broadcast spot for Black History Month. She also played a key role in launching Gemini, Google’s first AI chatbot, as part of the AI taskforce, and collaborated with Google.org to grant over $3M to nonprofits.
Her work continued at Gap, where she led product messaging and digital go-to-market strategies for Holiday campaigns and managed sold-out partnerships with Sarah Jessica Parker, Disney, and Pendleton. She also successfully spearheaded the e-commerce rebrand of Love by GapBody.
Emily has successfully managed and mentored teams, helping her reports achieve promotions and awards. She is passionate about guiding the next generation of creative marketers and storytellers to live their most authentic lives, both professionally and personally.
Emily is a dedicated member of the female volunteer organization Sandpipers. As a South Bay native and enthusiast, she leads an active lifestyle, enjoying running, golfing, and surfing, and she loves to start her day with a quick swim in the ocean. She lived in San Francisco and New York before returning home to Los Angeles, and she can confidently say that beach life trumps city life.
